Culturing Neuronal Cells in a superficial environment (coverslip)
When working with cell cultures, coating a coverslip with a particular substrate, can be very challenging, especially because the substrate can result in uneven coating. This uneven coating can affect health, viability, adherence, and growth of neuronal cells in a culture, which can then affect your scientific results.
