Anti -Parkinson's disease goodies

Research has supported the claims that eating certain foods can lower the risk of getting Parkinson's disease.  These foods include the spice Tumeric, (or any other foods that contain circumin). Other foods that are recommended for individuals who have Parkinson's disease are those rich in Flavonoids. I will use the method in "What are you hungry for? by Deepak Chopra, M.D to list the foods with Flavonoids by colors:

Red: raspberries, cherries, apples, strawberries, tomatoes, cranberries, red grapes, red wine, red peppers, cranberry juice, grape juice.
Orange: apricots, grapefruits, peaches, orange peppers.
Blue: blueberries.
Black: blackberries, black grapes, plums, black tea.
Green: parsley, cabbage, pears, limes, pistachios, green peppers, artichokes, broccoli , green tea.
Yellow: bananas, lemons, banana peppers.
White: onions, soybeans.
Brown: walnuts, pecans, kidney beans, cashews.
